Step 1: Submit Registration Form
Complete the Camp Blue Wave Registration Form and email it to bluewaveafterschool@gmail.com.
Step 2: Making Your Payment
We will process your registration forms in the order that we receive them. Returning families will receive an email with your invoice. New families you will receive an email from "ProCare" with an invite code, you will need to create an account.
*If you are new to Summer Camp, but your child(ren) attends After School with us, please follow the "Returning Blue Wave Families instructions.
Returning Blue Wave Families:
Opening your Procare app, find the three horizontal lines in the top left corner.
In the menu that opens select "My School"
Select "Switch Schools"
Select "Camp Blue Wave"
There you can access all invoices for Summer Camp, make payments, and add or change any information pertaining to your campers.
NEW BLUE WAVE FAMILIES:
Once we receive and add your registration information to our Procare system you will receive and invite email with a code.
Opening the app create your parent profile by entering your email address, and creating a password.
Enter your invite code.

Your first invoice will be. as follows:
Registration fee ($50 per child)
Additional sibling fee ($25 each)
50% deposit for all weeks selected
*Please note the registration fee is nonrefundable!
*Prepaid deposit fee is nonrefundable without a two week notice of any changes in registered attendance.*
Payments can be made through your Procare account or by check payable to Blue Wave After School Program.
Step 3: Receive Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your registration and payment have been processed.
Blue Wave After School Program is a 501-C nonprofit organization that runs Camp Blue Wave. Our well trained staff has been working with children for over 50 years. Our program offers excitement to children of all ages. Our goal for campers is to experience challenges and successes as they participate in activities.

HALF DAY $125.00/WKLY
REGISTRATION FEE $50.00,
ADDITIONAL SIBLINGS $25.00
